Ordering
You can order Products from us on our Website by completing the online order form at the Checkout. In order to provide our customers with the best possible service, we will then send you an automatic email to acknowledge receipt of your order. However, the acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order which will take place only on despatch of that order. Although we aim to despatch Products in one consignment, sometimes this is not possible and we may need to despatch Products separately. If so, our acceptance of the order in respect of each Product takes place when that Product is despatched.

Returns Policy (Non-Faulty Goods)
Returns for non-faulty goods must be pre-authorised (if not pre-authorised the return will be rejected). Goods may only be returned direct to us if they were purchased direct from us (customer must prove if necessary). Otherwise to be returned to original vendor.
Goods must be RECEIVED in re-sellable condition, Items received in a non re-saleable condition will result in no refund being given.
No returns of discontinued products, unless within 14 days of purchase.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights and does not refer to faulty goods.
